On Saturday, March 29, 2025 twelve members of the Santa Rosa de Lima Conference of SVdP celebrated the 2025 Jubilee year of the Catholic Church. Members undertook a work of mercy by volunteering at The Society of St. Vincent de Paul Council at the Saturday Pantry in Austin.

The pantry served 1049 families during the morning. Members counted and organized all the intake forms, and filled the over 1000 plastic bags with fruits and vegetables, Others help distribute filled boxes of foods and items distributed.

The group worked hard and kept up with the many young adults who volunteer weekly. The members were so appreciative of the opportunity to serve so many of our needy neighbors.
